WHAT IS COACHING AND HOW DOES IT DIFFER?

 

Coaching is a personal development approach done through conversational therapy that focuses on an individual’s current state of living to help them progress skills they may lack and find success and life balance where needed. Coaching differs from other talking therapies, such as counseling.
