There’s no need to be seedy! come down and unwind with this warm and hearty gluten-free assorted seeded bread. Made with wholesome grains and seeds with a low-calorie mark, it gives everyone a reason to fall in love with bread!

Slices of seeded goodness makes for a happy birdy!
Ingredients:
- 100g of gluten-free oats
- 100g of nuts (nuts of your choice)
- 2tbsp of chia seeds
- 200g of buckwheat flakes
- 2tbsp of melted coconut oil
- 350ml of water
- 1tsp of sea salt
- 1tsp of molasse brown sugar
How to make:
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
- Grease a loaf tin with baking paper and pour the mixture in, and gently lift and stomp the tin to release air bubbles, leave at room temperature for 30 min
- Preheat the oven to 170c and bake for a total of 1 hour.
- After 30 minutes take the loaf out, flip it upside down and roast it on a baking tray bottom side up for a further 30 mins.
- Remove the loaf and leave it out at room temperature to cool, allow the loaf to cool before slicing in…enjoy!
