Ashwagandha & maca mocha

Harmonize your body and mind using this mocha blend that includes Ashwagandha a natural adaptogen plant used as an ayurvedic experience and a staple in Chinese & Indian natural medicines. Ashwagandha is perfect for your mental well-being as it helps to fight the stress hormone also known as cortisol. The inclusion of Maca helps to increase fertility and sexual arousal for both men & women, sexual hormones generally release dopamine a feel-good hormone that enhances your feeling of happiness.

This Ashwagandha and maca mocha has many benefits you just have to taste it to find out!

coffee doesn’t have to just be strong! The hints of chocolate, coffee and plant based ingredients makes this mocha more well grounded!

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml oat milk (or milk of choice)
  • 100% grounded coffee
  • 1tsp Cacao powder
  • ½ tsp Ashwagandha powder
  • ½ tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp ghee butter (or smooth almond nut butter)

How to make:

  • In a saucepan heat the milk for 3 minutes on a low heat
  • Pour in the grounded coffee, cacao powder, ashwagandha, maca, maple syrup, ghee butter, and spices
  • Hand whisk the mocha till frothy and pour into mugs
  • Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon
