Pistachio and cranberry energy balls

The great thing about this energy ball is not only its ease to make or its energy boost, its the fact that it’s paleo and gluten-free, making it suitable for most to enjoy.

This pistachio and cranberry energy ball with hints of ginger has key benefits that aid leaner diets, detoxification, and inflammation, additionally, natural sugars in the energy balls are matched by cinnamon and chia seeds to help regulate the release of energy.

Energy balls equal quick bites with slow releasing energy to keep you sustained and content all day!

Ingredients:

  • 100g pistachios
  • 100g cranberries
  • 6 dates
  • 100g of desiccated nuts
  • 3tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 cube of finely chopped ginger
  • 1tbsp of coconut oil
  • ½tsp of cinnamon
  • ½tsp of vanilla extract

How to make:

  • Simply place everything into a food processor or blender until all ingredients clump together like a dough consistency.
  • Scoop and roll into 12 evenly sized balls and place onto a tray or chopping board, cling film, and place into the freezer for 20 minutes then store in the fridge for when you want a taste.
  • These beautiful balls will keep for 2 weeks in the fridge.
