The ‘do it yourself’ Granola!

by | BLOG, BREAKFAST, RECIPE'S

A healthy & fresh homemade granola- breakfast has never been this rewarding!

Granola has become a staple in most kitchens due to its nutritional profile, though, many people have opted for the natural ‘do it your self’ granola, as store-bought granola can sometimes be too sweet, have bits and bobs that most people don’t like and so would have to put in the extra time to pick those bits out before being able to eat them and well most people live busy lives and can’t be fussed to do those extra tedious things, Therefore, DIY granola has come in handy for many as you can customize it to your liking and you know exactly what is in your cereal for the day, so no funny business with having to omit ingredients that may also cause indigestion problems or stomach bloating.

The reasons to make your own homemade granola are endless though, the reason why some people may not be in favor of it is usually that they feel as though they lack the know-how on how to make the perfect granola or they believe it takes hours to make and, therefore, living a busy life becomes an excuse. though I’m here to set the record straight!
