PRE-CONSULTATION

Start your journey to becoming a client by registering your interest on a plan that suits you. Simply click the ‘book your free call’ button at the top right corner to arrange a time to receive your free 15-minute consultation. On the call we will discuss why you’re thinking about seeking therapeutic coaching services and to see if we’re a good fit for each other. Together, we will decide if we will move forward with coaching, and thereafter, I will send you all the intake paperwork digitally to get you onboarded.

COMMUNITY INDOCTRINATION

After your pre-consultation you will receive all the digital and physical tools to get your food freedom and mental resiliency journey started, this looks like getting access to our  Telehealth app where you can reach your coach, group community, view your custom health plans, and join our signature course program to aid in rewriting your limiting beliefs, and shortly after you will receive your glucose tracker via mail.

Hi, I’m Naydeen! I’m here to help you navigate and transform your health

Throughout my life many people told me i looked good however the way i looked did not translate to how i felt, this induced emotional eating and mental health comorbidities, which led me down dark paths that did not resonate with my values and moral compass.

Now knowing nutrition i can see that due to poor lifestyle and diet choices, i had underlying metabolic syndrome and gut dysbiosis causing many of my symptoms.

Coming out on the other side has allowed me to view life differently and it’s why i want to help you shift the fog weighing over you using nutrition and functional medicine. As your coach, i will work ethically and diligently to help you implement sustainable changes, because we all deserve a life worth living!

01. What happens after i purchase the group coaching program

Once you agree to your contract & purchase the group coaching program you will receive via email the links you need to get you started including a glucose tracker or lab test sent via post. thereafter you will be able to book your 1-1 intensive coaching call to get you structured and ready for your journey with us.

02. Why partake in group coaching if i can work with you 1-1?

Simply put it’s the camaraderie and group accountability!

With 1:1 coaching, you certainly get more private facetime with me, but because of this, it’s also more costly.

Group coaching is designed to be a triple threat giving access to me, customized accountability, and the support of a community with shared goals. I do regular check-ins with each member of the program to make sure you’re on track with your goals via in-app messaging, however most communication will done through group live calls

That said, if 1:1 coaching is more your thing because you want that extra accountability or if you have specific health issues that would prevent you from taking this group program, I invite you to apply for my 1:1 services!

03. WHAT IS HYBRID GROUP COACHING?

Hybrid coaching offers a combination of 1-1 and group-facing online sessions with clients, this personalised and semi-structured model approach allows for the coach to adapt approaches and plans following a client change of circumstances and feedback.

04. I have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or complex mental health illness, can I still join your programs?

,For clients with complex illnesses and disorders we require that you work alongside our programs with a diagnostic psychological professional such as a dietitian or psychologist as, unfortunately we are not licensed to work with individuals who fall under the above category.

Coaching focuses on progression whereas if you have a condition that requires extensive care, we cannot partake and be liable for such clients, on the other hand, should you have the on going support from a dietetic/ psychological professional, we may be able to help and have you on our programs, simply book a free consultation call for further assistance.

05. I have certain food allergens or IBS intolerances can I still join your programs?

Yes! our programs take into consideration the nutritional needs of all clients, therefore you can be rest assured to always recieve a customized plan with you in mind

 

06. Will I NEED TO COUNT AND TRACK CALORIES

For the purpose of healing your relationship with food and weight loss outcomes, there will be a period where you will be tracking your calories and macronutrients so that we can get an idea of where you’re starting and what we need to fix. Once we have a good idea of what your diet looks like, I will then suggest you move away from tracking into a more flexible intuitive way of eating.

The goal for me is to help you learn what your body needs. For example, how much protein do you need at lunch to help stave off sugar cravings in the afternoon?

07. Will I NEED TO CUT OR PROHIBIT CERTAIN FOODS ON THIS PROGRAM?

ERM NOTHING! I’m going to teach you how all foods can fit into your diet, even if your goal is weight loss. I use a “flexible eating” approach as this program is about navigating nutrition in REAL life. You will be given the tools you need to handle any situation, meaning you can still have that glass of Merlot…moderately of course!

 

08. How does weight management work?

I will give you custom sample gym or equipment-free workouts and suggestions of how to focus your exercise to support your goals as I focus more on nutrition and less on exercise so it’s meant to support your current exercise routine.

This program will still work without intense exercise, though I encourage everyone to exercise for both the mental and physical benefits!

 

09. Do i need to spend extra for lab tests?

Functional lab tests are purchased through 1-1 coaching/ consultations.

Due to the personalisation of the service, whereby we assess the client step by step we may find that some clients may not need certain tests due to their health history prognosis, therefore, functional lab tests will incur additional costs along the process

10. Does my location matter?

No, Improving Access to The Wellbeing Agent is one of our key values, therefore we work completely online to make your experience with us streamlined and easy to be apart of.

11. Who will i work with?

During your experience with the Wellbeing Agent you will solely work with the founder and coach Naydeen, However, workshops and email support may be assisted by trained professionals

12. What happens if I cant make my live sessions?

If you find your unable to make it on time to a few of your sessions, a playback will be provided, however if it is a group coaching call where peer work is needed it is paramount that you share what you would like to say with your peer for your peer to speak on your behalf.

Lateness to a session is tolerable however making a habit of not showing up may result in losing your place on the program as it disrupts the groups experience.

13. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER GROUP COACHING ENDS?

The program is designed for you to feel confident in your nutritional practice. After the 12 weeks! You’ll be given an aftercare sustainability plan highlighting the essentials to help you navigate your emotions around food and within stressful environments. However if after the 12 weeks, you would like more on-going support you will also have the option to work with me one-on-one!

14. What does staying onboarded include?

The staying onboard option is for those who have completed our group coaching program but don’t want to miss out on the community aspect. To stay onboarded comes at a lower cost, it includes access to The Wellbeing Agent community channel and exclusive workshops

15. DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS?

YES! we offer a pay in 3 option over the course of your group coaching or a special discount when you pay in full.

We can also create a 1-1 package for you after your 1-1 consultation through ad-ons which will allow you to pay over the course of your agreed package duration.

16. How does the pause payment feature work?

Due to the nature of our service, we understand you may suffer inconsistency due to burnout or illness, This is where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Alternatively, you have the option to join the next cohort

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Please note: The pause feature is only available to those who are on a flexible pay plan or stay onboarded

17. What if i dont like the service?

Not to worry, we offer a safe space to express your feelings, just reach out to our support team for options on how we can help improve your experience.

18. Can i receive a refund if i dont like the service?

Due to the quality and nature of our services and products refunds will not be issued once agreements are made, however if your course and group participation are in early stages, we can consider a partial refund, though this is in rare cases.
