The Wellbeing Agent is a unique space dedicated to helping individuals transform their relationship with food, and mental resilience, with a specialist focus on improving brain health. Our services utilises your health data via bio technology to deliver informed evidence-based nutrition consultancy and behavioural health coaching. Additionally we offer functional testing, and blood panelling to further support your needs.
Behind The Wellbeing Agent are experienced Nutritional Therapists, behavioural specialists, and fitness and Mental Wellbeing Coaches, working under the alias of The Wellbeing Agent. Operating covertly, however personally visible with clients, The Wellbeing Agent offers a private, secure, and professional environment to support clients in their wellness journey. The covert nature, allows the focus to remain entirely on the wellbeing of the client, ensuring that services remain client-centered, without distraction.

The aim of ‘The Wellbeing Agent’ is to improve preventative care as it is a factor in living better longer. All agents are empathetic or have lived experience and can strongly relate to the distress you are feeling.

The Approach

Our approach to coaching is geared toward helping you feel heard and empowered to stay on top of decision-making through various motivational coaching strategies and techniques:

Integrative Approach:

Involves a therapist or coach selecting therapeutic models and methods from across orientations to best suit a particular client and context. Pulling from techniques such as Expressive Arts, DBT, CBT, ACT, SFT, and more.

Person-Centered Approach:

Involves a therapist or coach acting as a compassionate facilitator, listening without judgment and acknowledging the client’s experience. The therapist/coach is there to encourage and support the client with their process of self-discovery and healing by utilizing talk therapy.

Behavioral change approach

Involves a therapist or coach action planning transformational interventions for change, and altering habits and reactive behaviors for the long term. At the heart of behavior change is transformational coaching, which includes techniques such as motivational interviewing (MI), and goal-setting models to plan, implement, and measure changes.

Each approach is assured evidence-based,  utilizing each modality case by case with you in mind.
