Gluten free buckwheat, oat & nut bread

There’s no need to be seedy! come down and unwind with this warm and hearty gluten-free assorted seeded bread. Made with wholesome grains and seeds with a low-calorie mark, it gives everyone a reason to fall in love with bread!

Slices of seeded goodness makes for a happy birdy!

Ingredients:

  • 100g of gluten-free oats
  • 100g of nuts (nuts of your choice)
  • 2tbsp of chia seeds
  • 200g of buckwheat flakes
  • 2tbsp of melted coconut oil
  • 350ml of water
  • 1tsp of sea salt
  • 1tsp of molasse brown sugar

How to make:

  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
  • Grease a loaf tin with baking paper and pour the mixture in, and gently lift and stomp the tin to release air bubbles, leave at room temperature for 30 min
  • Preheat the oven to 170c and bake for a total of 1 hour.
  • After 30 minutes take the loaf out, flip it upside down and roast it on a baking tray bottom side up for a further 30 mins.
  • Remove the loaf and leave it out at room temperature to cool, allow the loaf to cool before slicing in…enjoy!
