Maple its chia pudding

Have this chia pudding topped with caramelized banana as your morning fuel or nighttime treat, it’s sweet, sticky, and caramelized what more could you want?

This pudding contains key ingredients that help to rebuild your immune system and enhance stamina.

Ingredients:

  • 500ml Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2tbsp Whey Protein (or 1tbsp of peanut butter)
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 6tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon

How to make:

  • peel and finely chop then dust bananas in brown golden sugar (or white sugar)
  • add a dash of olive oil to a nonstick pan, place on low to medium heat slow
  • fry bananas in the pan till caramelized
  • add all other ingredients into a bowl
  • Whisk all together and leave to sit for 15 minutes stirring every few minutes.
  • place in the fridge until set, around an hour (this will store for 3 days)
  • top with warm caramelized bananas.
  • decorate with a dash of cinnamon

*Total prep time: 15mins

*Serves: 2

*Suitable for: vegans, vegetarians, breakfast, dessert
