Hi! I’m Naydeen, your guiding health coach, nutrition advisor, with a focus on on mental health. Having lived experience I offer a compassionate, inclusive, and personalized space for you to explore the ways of which you would visualise your end goal.

My style is rooted in empathy and congruence, creating a supportive yet action-led space where you feel empowered and not judged as we work together to build a sustainable you that honors your lifestyle, values, and goals.

I help clients navigate any obstacle, from digestive health concerns to identity, career changes, social relationships, or self intimacy- loving yourself and hobbies again! 

Additionally, I support BAME marginalised individuals not feel restrictive in who they are and what they eat through cultural nutrition counselling so you feel at home again.

As someone with a Caribbean background and a deep love for diverse food traditions, I believe food should be both nourishing and satisfying. I’m here to celebrate culture, flavor, and flexibility—never shame or restriction.

People think coaching is go, go, go! which it can be however as coaches we meet you in the present and sometimes your present moment can be a highly sensitive one, therefore I’ll meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you as you grow.

Although my sessions are solution-focused, to ensure personalised care i draw from many modalities which always inclusively is person centered. Expect practical tools, accountability the way you like, and plenty of motivation. My ultimate goal is to help you feel confident in your decisions and become the expert of your own life, and body.

When I’m not helping clients, I’m usually working on a creative project, songwriting, singing, it’s a life-long passion and a way to de-compress and express my thoughts and feelings. I also like physical activities- Pilates, Burlesque, etc, and my guilty pleasure is chocolate….there’s so much to uncover but let’s collaborate because this also pieces me together ♥
