Mission: Gut-brain axis, ADHD, womens hormones, labs
Hi! I’m Kirsten, your gut-brain specialist, With over 20 hears in clinical practice my journey in nutrition began from my own personal health obstacles and neurodivergent diagnosis, which led me to needing to find the answers that general practitioners couldn’t give me, to curve them and take back control. From seeing the care system failures and the struggles within the populations especially for older women I offer exploratory nutrition consultations for you to find the root cause to symptoms you face that may be causing you daily stress or chronic pains.
My focus areas are on brain health, mental health, emotional eating, women’s health- PMDD/hormones, menopause, and lab interpretations for getting to deep rooted issues. I help clients save time, money, and energy when navigating their health. As a busy mum of two young adolescent boys, i understand the high demands of modern life. Thats why my plans are always tailored, practical, and sustainable- always sharing life hacks along the way!
Additionally, being neurodivergent specifically ADHD, I aim to support clients within these communities understand themselves, build resiliency through learning how to eat for their brain chemistry.
My goal is to empower you in your journey, and help you find the support you need to further your health, this may even look like consolidating with your GP for integrated care plans that safely works alonside medication or where appropriate.
