01. How do I schedule an appointment?
Once you’ve filled out our approval form and purchased your plan, you will receive an email invitation to our telehealth client portal where you can book your sessions.
02. WHEN CAN I START 1 ON 1 COACHING?
Unlike group coaching where a group of participants is required, with 1-1 coaching you will receive a personalized service, meaning you can get started right away as you will be working soley with your coach privately online.
Following your purchase your coach will be with you every step of the way to get you set up!
03. WHAT ARE THELEHEALTH SESSIONS?
Telehealth means conducting therapeutic coaching/ therapy online on a HIPPA compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform, instead of in person. Sessions refer to the continuation of a client seeing their coach/ therapist, we recommend weekly or biweekly sessions instead of monthly for clients to see the most progress.
04. WHERE ARE IN-PERSON SESSIONS HELD?
In-Person sessions for clients on the ‘Therapeutic Behaviour Change Coaching’ Program, will be held in and around South London, Uk areas, namely brockley, Foresthill, Newcross, & Greenwich. Once you book an on an in-person package details of the therapy rooms will be made clear. However to retain client confidentiality we retain the right to not disclose venues here.
Should the above commuting areas not work for you we have virtual Telehealth packages available also.
05. I have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or complex mental health illness, can I still join your programs?
,For clients with complex illnesses and disorders we require that you work alongside our programs with a diagnostic psychological professional such as a dietitian or psychologist as, unfortunately we are not licensed to work with individuals who fall under the above category.
Coaching focuses on progression whereas if you have a condition that requires extensive care, we cannot partake and be liable for such clients, on the other hand, should you have on going support from a dietetic/ psychological professional, we may be able to help and have you on our programs, simply book a free consultation call for further assistance.
06. Does my location matter?
No, Improving Access to The Wellbeing Agent is one of our key values, therefore we work completely online to make your experience with us streamlined and easy to be apart of, However if your joining our CGM programs, to take part you are required to be within the UK.

08. What happens if I cant make my sessions or is late?
Depending on your chosen program, if you find you’re unable to make it to your session, you will have the option to reschedule, however, cancellation rules may apply, please see our ‘terms of service’ at the bottom of this website.
09. DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS?
YES! Please contact us to discuss further.
10. DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
The Wellbeing Agent does not take insurance, However, we may be able to accept HSA, and FSA payments.
11. What if i dont like the service?
Not to worry, we offer a safe space to express your feelings, just reach out to our support team for options on how we can help improve your experience.
12. Can i receive a refund if i dont like the service?
Due to the quality, nature of our services, and products refunds will not be issued once the approval process is complete or agreements are made, however, if your participation is in the early stages, we can consider a partial refund, though this is in rare cases.
